Here are the following important information and answers to your questions about our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policies.
Refund processing time can take between 7 to 14 business days once the returned items have been received, however, this may also take a little longer due to the processing time with your local bank provider.
You will NOT be refunded once you have opened and used our products, and therefore, it’s important to return them unopened, unless of course if the products are damaged or faulty, you can return the items and then we will issue you a refund. Our Return and Refund Policy are similar to Exchange Policy.
Please Note: While we accept an exchange, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We will only pay for the return costs or the products that are faulty or if there was an error on our behalf (e.g: if we accidentally sent you the wrong product or faulty items). And we also recommend that you send a tracking number of your return products, as we will not be held responsible for any lost returned items.
Also, please you must indicate on the package “RETURN ITEMS AND NO DUTIES” otherwise your package will be returned to you.
